Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Danglora. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

Our policy lasts 4 days from the date of delivery. If 4 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not reported upon delivery will not be eligible.

3. Shipping Costs & Deductions

  • Courier Costs: The to-and-fro courier costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  • Processing Fee: A flat amount of Rs. 40 will be deducted from all refunds as a shipping and handling charge. This applies to all orders, including those that qualified for Free Shipping.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
  2. Self-Shipping: If return pickup is not available for your pincode, please mail your product to our returns center:

Note: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund (minus the Rs. 100 deduction) will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have concerns, contact us at info@danglora.com.
